"I ordered a book from Adorama for my engagement pics because I'd heard great things from various wedding websites and because, for lay flat albums, you couldn't beat the price. When I received my book, it was gorgeous - thick cardstock, glossy pages-gorgeous! Only problem is, I messed up and in designing the layout, had accidentally left a white line down the seam of each page that drove me crazy.

I called, and they immediately said they would replace the album for FREE. Even though it was my mix-up. They explained how to fix the problem, had someone personally look it over before they printed it, and - get this - REFUNDED me $12 because they no longer offered a UV coating that I paid for on the first book.

I've since ordered single prints which are expertly done, and I will definitely be going back for future albums, including my wedding albums. The price is GREAT, the product gorgeous, and customer service is remarkable.

Note: Since our photos were by a professional photographer, I opted out of the auto-photo touch up option because I didn't want the colors to be distorted."
